How it works
Magic Summary recognises the text contained within your page, then uses an on-device LLM powered by Apple Intelligence to understand the context of your note. Based on what you’ve written, AxNote will generate summary cards that can be refined and saved as a PDF or plain text file.
Magic Summary requires a device that supports Apple Intelligence. Your device must also have its region and language set to a supported setting.
Magic Summary and Privacy
We believe notes can be extremely personal, and so we don’t collect any information from AxNote. This includes the Magic Summary and audio transcription features, which works using on-device AI models. This way, your data is never sent to a cloud service for processing and is never used to train AI models.
How do I activate Magic Summary?
Tap the sparkles button in the top toolbar on iPad and Mac (or bottom toolbar on iPhone and Vision Pro).
At first, you’ll have access to three summaries for free. Upgrade to AxNote+ for unlimited usage.
